Guided Relaxation.

Prepare your mind for birth and regulate your central nervous system with this free guided relaxation.

Your body. Your breath. Your starting point.

Preparing for birth isn’t only about what you know. It’s about what you can DO when things get intense, and that starts with learning how to feel calm in your body now.

Inside this free 8 minute guided relaxation with sound bowl, you’ll find a gentle introduction to birth meditation, and a first step in preparing your nervous system for labour and birth.

You’ll begin to:

  • Drop out of your head and into your body.

  • Feel what it actually feels like to be calm and connected to your breath.

  • Experience birth meditation, and how it helps prepare your central nervous system for labour and birth.

Find somewhere comfortable where you feel supported and safe, give yourself 10 minutes, and just be with your body and your baby. Think of it as a starting point, not a test. There’s nothing to get right, and the more you come back to it, the more familiar calm becomes.

A little bit about me

I’m Molly, a pregnancy and postnatal yoga specialist and birth preparation educator. For the past seven years, I’ve supported over 5,000 pregnant people through movement, pregnancy yoga and birth preparation.

My approach combines the science of birth with practical tools rooted in ancient practices to help you prepare your body and mind for whatever unfolds.

Where birth preparation begins

This relaxation is the first thing I share to help you start preparing your body and nervous system for birth, and to give you a feel for what calm and connected actually feels like.

Because you can’t control how birth unfolds, but you CAN prepare how you choose to meet it.
