Time to unwind. This section is designed for full body relaxation, something that you don’t get nearly enough of when you’re postnatal! It’s based on the traditional style of Yin Yoga where poses are held for longer periods of time. It’s a great way to finish your practice but equally it could be practiced anytime you like, as it’ll give your body the chance to stop, slow down and fully relax.
