Spending time on your hands & knees is perfect practice for birth.
It’s a really safe and comfortable place to be when you’re pregnant as it takes the pressure from your back, pelvis, and hips. It encourages babies to get into an optimal foetal position and it’s a great position for labour.
We incorporate traditional yoga poses and breathing exercises whilst in a hands & knees position as we flow through this section.
