All of our classes and courses are planned with you in mind. We provide a nurturing community environment for mums and mums-to-be, with our excellent and experienced team of teachers.

 
 

The balance between yoga and motherhood

You can really feel it when you are your most instinctive self. We’ve helped students just like you, to feel that way during their journey of motherhood, using the art of yoga. Whether we’re educating you on your birth rights, options, or possibilities, you’ll be equipped with the right tools to leave you feeling confident and in control.

With safety for you and your baby being our main priority, we take the traditional practice of yoga to elevate your birthing experience, by safely understanding how to keep active in pregnancy and postpartum. On top of all of this, you'll learn lots of specialist breathing and relaxation techniques that you can use to help you on your journey, from Bump to Birth & Beyond!
