Our Toddler Yoga classes are designed to introduce your little ones to movement, imagination, and mindfulness in a fun, gentle, and non-competitive way. Through stories, music, and playful yoga poses, toddlers can explore their bodies, build coordination, and start to notice their feelings.

We combine simple yoga postures with songs, games, and imaginative play to create an experience that’s both fun and calming. Classes are full of energy, movement, and laughter, but also include gentle moments of pause and quiet reflection.

Parents or carers join in with their toddlers, helping to guide them and enjoy some special bonding time.
