Molly Mchugh · FounderWhen I was pregnant, I realised that modern maternity care wasn’t actually preparing women for birth.
As an already qualified yoga instructor, I completed my pregnancy and postnatal specialist training. I have now spent almost a decade working with women through pregnancy, birth and postpartum.
My own labour and birth did not unfold as I had planned. But I’d prepared my internal tools, and that changed everything. My aim is to help women feel genuinely prepared for labour and birth, physically, mentally and emotionally, because your birth experience will stay with you for the rest of your life.
