Birth preferences guide.

Understand your options and prepare your preferences for birth

Your birth. Your preferences. Your starting point.

Birth preferences aren’t about predicting exactly how your birth will unfold. They’re an opportunity to explore what matters to you, consider your options and think about how you’d like to be supported throughout your experience.

Inside this free guide, you’ll find space to reflect on your preferences, ask questions and start conversations with your birth team.

You’ll begin to explore:

What matters most to you during labour and birth.

The environment, support and comfort measures you’d like to consider.

Your options and the questions you might want to ask your care team.

How you’d like to feel supported if your plans need to change.

Think of it as a starting point, not a set of rules. Your preferences can evolve as you learn more about birth and yourself.

A little bit about me.

I’m Molly, a pregnancy and postnatal yoga specialist and birth preparation educator. For the past seven years, I’ve supported over 5,000 pregnant people through movement, pregnancy yoga and birth preparation.

My approach combines the science of birth with practical tools rooted in ancient practices to help you prepare your body and mind for whatever unfolds.

Where birth preparation begins

This guide is the first thing I share to help you start exploring your preferences, asking questions and thinking about the birth experience you’d like to have.

Because you can’t control how birth unfolds, but you CAN prepare how you choose to meet it.
